We are excited to begin a summer nutrition seminar series, starting with a discussion on greens and water.

Our expert nutritionist will share tips, recipes, and insights to help you reach your fitness goals. This in-person event with free admission Attendees will receive a custom nutrition journal as well as recipe cards that apply to each seminar.

About Teresa

Teresa’s passion is to educate and share why we need real food for health. Every day, you have a new opportunity to begin healing your body or cause harm. Your food choices play the biggest role in that. She knows first-hand, as her family worked through their own struggles by changing their diet! After 10+ years in traditional Marketing and Sales, Teresa decided to go back to school and further my education in the nutritional wellness field. She became board-certified as a Holistic Health Coach, which she used to improve her family’s health and serve in a variety of ways in her community. Teresa believes that promoting whole-body wellness, in everything she does, will build a healthier and happier world from the inside out.
