RISE Fitness Kentucky is excited to have been awarded a grant of $5,000 from the WHAS Crusade for Children to support local children. This funding will go directly toward our programming and facility, helping ensure greater accessibility for those affected by disability.
“Grant opportunities such as WHAS Crusade for Children’s demonstrate their commitment to helping children in our area,” said Sarah Gillespie. “This grant will allow us not only to improve the services we offer but also to ensure that movement always belongs to everyone.”
The WHAS Crusade for Children, established in 1954 by WHAS-TV, has raised more than $225 million to make life better for children in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. The organization proudly returns 100% of donations to agencies, schools, and hospitals that serve children with identified health care, educational, and emotional wellness needs.
